Sharing Moodboards

Moodboards can be shared with others, both in view-only versions and as editable for others.

On Mobile

Go to Boards in the main menu and then select any of your mood boards, then click on the More options (...) menu in the top right corner of the app and then on Share board. Choose the app that you want to share the link to the board via, for example text message or an email.

When the recipient clicks on the shared link, the user will be brought straight into that mood board in the app. If the user does not have the NCS+ app installed on their phone, they will be brought to the Play Store / App Store to first download the app.

Clicking on the link on another type of device such as a laptop, the user will be brought to NCS+ on the Web.

On Web

Go to Boards in the main menu and then select any of your mood boards, then click on the Share icon in the top right corner when viewing the moodboard.

View-only sharing

1. In the popup that appears, type in the email address to the person you want to invite
2. Click on the Invite as Editor dropdown and select Invite as Viewer
3. Click on the Invite button.

An email is then automatically sent to the end user with the view-only link. Note that this link can currently only be opened on the Web. 

Collaborative sharing (Pro feature)

1. In the popup that appears, type in the email address to the person you want to invite
2. Make sure that the Invite as Editor option is selected in the dropdown
3. Click on the Invite button.

You can type in as many email addresses you want. An email is then automatically sent to the end user with the collaborative link. Note that this link can currently only be opened on the Web.

Public link sharing

Alternatively, you can click on the Copy public link button and paste that into an app of your choice, such as an email or messaging app. Do note that this link is anonymous, meaning that anyone with the link can view it.

You can disable the public link at any time from the Share feature.
